For her sometimes the choice between work and family is a hard one to make . If she isn't married, then her life becomes consumed that there is no room for anyone else. Propects look dim.
What does this have to do with ministry? Well, God designed you with an awesome capacity to fulfill all the duties that he bestows on you without either one being neglected or despised.
To the homemakers out there, you are learning great managerial skills, being your own boss, developing the minds of children and imparting Godly wisdom. You are learning to lead even though at times, it feels like your children are leading you. Don't struggle about your role and feel inadequate. Being left out of the fast paced corporate life isn't so bad. If God is developing you in your pastures, then stay like David and wait for the elevation.
For the working moms, you are learning to function in two heavy duty roles. Neither has to be sacrificed, especially home life. God can give you wisdom and certainly strength to remain stable and functionable.
For the single women, don't crash me on the head when I say this- but you have more liberty that can be exercised for God's glory. Seize the opportunity and time to stay in the presence of God. He has a path and process for you too that certainly will be manifested at His time.
Whatever type of woman you are, you have more strength than you believe. He has made you multi-taskable, capable and mentally and intellectual competent. Whatever your pasture experience is, no matter how low it seems to you or anyone else, stay there. It is only a matter of time before your elevation.

Some things to think about:
We chase after a superficial love (men) that has no intention of us catching up with it, while a supernatural love (Jesus) is standing still waiting to embrace us.
We pour out ourselves for him (man) who will suck us dry, when He (Jesus) has already poured out himself for us so our cups will forever run over.
